Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Application / Registration

Application Process

Fill out Application Packet and bring to the school office the following items: Birth Certificate, Baptisimal Certificate, Current Immunization Record.

Registration Fees

New Family Preschool (PS) and Pre-Kindergarten (PreK)
Non-Refundable fee of $300 per family upon acceptance and registration.

Current Family Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten
Non-Refundable fee of $ 275 per family per year paid upon acceptance or re-registration.

Individual Student Rates: Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten
(PS & PreK tuition rates include the annual FACTS-$50 enrollment fee, snacks, materials fees, and all Pre-School & Pre-K consumable religion workbooks.)

Preschool Classroom

We use the following criteria when accepting students for enrollment in our Preschool Classroom:

  • Preschool students must be three (3) years of age by the first day of school.
  • All Preschool students must be potty trained and able to independently use the toilet before school begins in August.
  • All Preschool students are required to have age-appropriate immunizations as determined by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

There are 13 available spots in Preschool Classroom and are available on a first-come, first serve basis.

Pre-Kindergarten Classroom

We use the following criteria when accepting students for enrollment in our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom:

  • Pre-Kindergarten students must be four (4) years of age by the first day of school.
  • All Pre-Kindergarten students must be potty trained and able to independently use the toilet before school begins in August.
  • All Pre-Kindergarten students are required to have age-appropriate immunizations as determined by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
  • Prior to promotion to Kindergarten, all Pre-Kindergarten students will be given the Gesell Developmental Assessment in February. The Gesell team, in partnership with the parents, will decide if another year of Pre-Kindergarten is needed to allow for more time to grow socially, emotionally and intellectually as a whole child.

There are 20 available spots in Pre-Kindergarten Classroom and are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
